So, I was really hoping to get this RA position that I applyed for but I didn’t get it. I am a little upset because rejection, no matter how, is painful. I know that it is for the best but right now, it does not feel like it. I guess the only positive about this is that now I can go to Glorieta, New Mexico for the Christian conference if I wanted to. It would be a really awesome oppurtunity and it will all be payed for if I do SonShare here in Wyoming. It’s always hard to look on the bright side or see the silver lining but it’s part of life.

Psalm 51:1-2

¹ Have mercy on me, O God,
according to your unfailing love;
according to your great compassion
blot out my transgressions.
² Wash away all my iniquity
and cleanse me from my sin.

Psalm 51:10-14

¹⁰ Create in me a pure heart, O God,
and renew a steadfast spirit within me.
¹¹ Do not cast me from your presence
or take your Holy Spirit from me.
¹² Restore to me the joy of your salvation
and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.

¹³ Then I will teach transgressors your ways,
so that sinners will turn back to you.
